Coronado Flower Show Entries for Kids!

Description

Parents and Grandparents: With the Coronado Flower Show just 5 days away, bring your children so that they can learn how to participate in the show! Under the leadership of the Children's Section Chair, Alexia Palacios-Peters, and the Coronado Junior Women's Club, kids aged 5 will make a bean plate for entry into the show and kids ages 6-13 will make a practice Zoo's Who (animal made of fresh fruits and/or vegetables) - making their final entry later in the week so it is fresh for entry into the show! This is a drop in event so plan to arrive any time before 7 pm and stay until your child's project is finished. While supplies will be furnished, those ages 6 - 13 making a Zoo's Who plate can feel free to bring fruits or vegetables that you'd like to use in your practice project.
